My path into this work began through necessity – not a calling. From a young age, I dealt with chronic health issues: recurring skin conditions, multiple surgeries, and most recently, three herniated discs that left me unable to move for months. I know what it’s like to live in pain, to feel stuck in your body, and to search for answers that never seem to come.
Out of frustration with conventional treatments, I began exploring other ways – starting with small things like movement, breath, and nutrition. I lived in intentional communities, studied trauma-informed approaches, and study eastern philosophies.
Over the past ten years, I’ve learned mostly by living – across more than 30 countries, in shared spaces, and by witnessing how people heal in different cultures. What that journey taught me is simple: change doesn’t come from intensity or quick fixes, but from feeling safe, being consistent, and returning to what’s real in the body.
This work isn’t something I built from theory – it comes from lived experience, trial and error, and a deep respect for the process of finding your way back to yourself.
Healing isn’t about having it all figured out - it’s about showing up, moment by moment, with honesty and care. I meet you from where I am: human, curious, and in process too.
Our bodies carry our stories, our resilience, and our wisdom. I trust the body as a guide and create space to return to it with gentleness, respect, and awareness.
True transformation can only unfold when we feel safe. My work is trauma-informed, slow-paced, and rooted in creating a sense of inner and relational safety.
You are not broken. My role is not to fix, but to walk with you - listening deeply, offering tools, and honoring your own pace and path.

The R.I.S.E. Method is the foundation of how I share this work. It’s not a rigid formula—it’s a living framework to support your healing, integration, and embodied growth. Each phase meets you where you are, with tools rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and emotional connection. You can enter at any point, and return to each step as often as needed.
Everything starts with the nervous system. Before going deep, we build capacity through breath, movement, grounding, and rest. You’ll learn how to return to your body in moments of overwhelm – gently, with curiosity.
We process and digest what’s surfaced – emotionally, physically, energetically. Integration is not about fixing; it’s about weaving your experiences into everyday life with care and support.
Rather than thinking our way through healing, we begin to listen. We explore movement, expression, and sensation as pathways to presence. This is where your body becomes your ally.
Once we’ve anchored safety and connection, we create space for new possibilities. Not in a push, but in a soft opening—where creativity, clarity, and connection arise naturally.

The way I facilitate breathwork is through Conscious Connected Breathwork, practiced gently through the nose. This approach is softer and more accessible than many other techniques, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore and connect with your inner world.
Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing practice that combines rhythmic pressure, gentle stretching, and energy work to promote relaxation and balance. It’s often referred to as "meditation in motion" because of its flowing, mindful nature. Performed fully clothed on a mat, it supports the body’s natural healing process, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
Each workshop is crafted to blend experiential learning with practical tools that you can integrate into your daily life. They are interactive, accessible for all levels, and focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore, connect, and grow.
Online events offer the convenience of joining from anywhere, focusing on practical tools and guided practices you can use at home. Live events, on the other hand, provide an immersive experience with in-person connection, collective energy, and hands-on guidance, which can deepen your growth and connection.
